August 27-28, 2010: Together with relatives and friends we went hiking in the Tennengebirge; see my pictures here.

April 11, 2010: Two HEAL relay teams, HEAL.HEU (Gabe, Roland, Andreas, and Stefan W.) and HEAL.REKA! (Monika, me, Stefan V., and Michael) participated in the Linz Marathon 2010. Once again, we were able to score really great: HEAL.Heu (3:31:03) finished as no. 165 of almost 500 teams (no. 118 in the class of male teams), HEAL.REKA! (3:36:13) as no. 207 (no. 56 in the class of mixed teams). I'm quite hppy about my time (58:38 for 14.1 km); detailed results have been published by PENTEK timing, you can find charts showing our results compared to the results of other teams here and here. December 25, 2009: Together with friends from China, Vietnam, and Iran we had a very nice international Christmas party at my parents' home; see our best pictures here.

December 06, 2009: Today we went on a trip to Regensburg - see our best pictures here.

November 14, 2009: Roland and I participated in this year's Kürnberglauf near Leonding - our results were great! See our photos here!

October 25, 2009: Today I participated in this year's Linzer Citylauf; my time was (as published by Pentek Timing) 43:06 for 10.5 km - I even got a deed!

September 09, 2009: Several teams of people working at the Softwarepark Hagenberg (including two HEAL teams) participated in this year's Businesslauf; see the pictures here and the results (published by Pentek Timing) here. My time was 19:57.8 for 4.9km - that's quite ok, isn't it? ;-)

August 20-23, 2009: Once again, we spent some nice days hiking in Osttirol; see some really nice pictures here. We even attended a Bühnhoulgungl! (Scientific details about this can be found in "Erfahrungswissen über Lokalsorten traditioneller Kulturarten in Osttirol" by Dr. B. Vogl-Lukasser, Prof. Dr. C. Vogl, and P. Blauensteiner).

May 17, 2009: Our HEAL relay team (consisting of Andreas, Roland, me, and Gabriel) participated in the Linz Marathon 2009; our fabulous total time (3:25,36; rank 83!) was only possible with the support of our "HEAL ins Ziel" Cheerleaders!
